If it is proven that these pills will screw up your sperm, then it's unethical to sell or promote them in my opinion... But so far, most reactions seem to suggest that these pills solve a problem (of not creating enough sperm). I don't think the customers that buy this product have a problem at all. I think they are just intrigued by the idea of shooting a shitload of sperm, perhaps multiple times in one night.
