I don't think they should. They need to see things the way their surfers see them so they can build their sites appropriately.

What if the J A V A S C R I P T is fucked up and the pop up doens't load? You need to know this if you plan on making money from the consoles.

Same thing with screen resolutions and browser version, I always use what's most popular at the time, not what is "newest" or "best".
