Unable to uninstall/reinstall Internet Explorer.
I'm running Windows XP, and lately, my internet explorer has been buggy as fuck. Crashing whenever i click hyperlinks, or popups that open onclick.
So, i tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. Thing is, it doesn't even show up on the list of programs at the Add/Remove programs thing. And when i try and remove it as a windows component, i'm prompted to put in my "Messenger CD-ROM." What the fuck? |

That's not helping. :winkwink:

You need to reinstall the OS... Do the upgrade thing.. All you programs will still work.. Happened to me a couple of times too.

Reinstalling Windows XP. Will it keep all my user profiles and data? (mail folders, messages, contacts, favourites, etc) Or am i gonna have to back all this shit up? I'm too fucking tired. It's 4.29 am and i'm going to bed.

Dude, no reinstall do a system restore that will restore your system the way it was before you installed/upgraded MSIE.
You can select any date that is available. DynaMite :2 cents: |
