but lately we've had nothing but rain and cool temperatures, so the air conditioning hasn't been on

nah.... it's between 82 - 88 year round. At night it gets cold though.... dips down to like, 72 sometimes.

Nice... wish I was there.. this Arizona heat is a killer...
