I was about to answer this but then I realized I'm not sure who had exclusive stuff way back when. Cybererotica was defintely among the first on with the big paysite. There was CLub Love back then. Amateur Hardcore. Inter-something or other (no not Intergal). Kara's was early on too.

I think it will be hard to know who was first with exclusive content. Most people back then came from BBS. Amateur wise Carol Cox must be one when not the first. Mainstream I think noone will know.
