Initiating Link Trades where traffic is unbalanced
 

Suppose you have an amazing, up and coming, well designed paysite and/or free site and are searching for link exchanges with the best partners sites/tgps/etc.. - the people who hang out here on GFY, etc..

Obviously they would be sending more traffic at first than you send back (it's a new site). Is that the kind of deal most partners would accept or do they want a site that has built traffic on its own BEFORE doing a trade?

I know a word that describes trading with sites that have little or no traffic of their own.

Many others simply call it a waste of time. Bring something more to the table aside from ideas and good looks, you'll do better.

its hard to get free traffic to a new site, especially a paysite. i run free sites and notice most of the time these days ppl will just add you to their scripts and expect you to just able to send the amount you agreed on trading and they would sent it back, well...uh thats not how it should work. script bullshit has fucked up the whole trading system.

Nah man, not all traffic is created equal. Scripts help to trade traffic based on productivity which is whats most important.
