Vince McMahon is the largest man alive
Is there a millionaire more gassed up than McMannequin?

Whether you like him or not, Vince has made himself and lotsa people FORTUNES.
I remember when WWF used to shoot their shows in my hometown for almost 20 years. We would see and meet all the wrestlers and get to know them. Lemme say this: Wrestling may be entertainment but it ain't no joke. Many of these men are real professional athletes that not only have to entertain but prevent themselves from getting hurt as well as hurting their colleagues. They're also damn good wrestlers many having been high school, collegiate and olympic trained. I remember seeing Andre The Giant for the first time. His thumb was bigger than most people's heads. The Iron Sheik could take two 75lb pins and twirl them with ease. Jesse Ventura's shoulders were so big they looked like he was smuggling pumpkins. King Kong Bundy is the only living thing that could make Big John Stud look short. They were all gentlemen and I'm glad many made fortunes as they were very hard working, dedicated and always took time to sign autographs. Sure there's been controversy and battles and arguments but pro wrestling is still HUGE worldwide and new talent is still being grown in schools, churches, sports fields all over and if you have the skills and personality and the courage to step in the ring with these giants, you could make something of yourself. Actually one of my favorite wrestlers is Roddy Piper. He showed us how to do real collegiate, olympic wrestling and lemme tell you: That shit was fierce. It was like a tornado twisted into a hurricane twisted into an earthquake. Lotsa guys backed off when they realized the strength, speed, intellect, strategy and above all STAMINA it takes to wrestle. I would rather be in a fight with 10 Bruce Lees than in one wrasslin' match! |
I agree wrestling rules.
