Maybe I'm playing devil's advocate - BUT - is claiming DMCA violations the ultimate case of the pot calling the kettle black?

Password trading is one thing, but I can remember countless instances of warez/ftp site posting mp3s hotlinking img src'ing, general copyright violations etc.
