got some new local Hawaiian jerky this weekend... claiming to be "The Choice of Kama'aina"..... fucking shit is AWESOME!!!

I have no less than 9 different brands/flavors sitting in the kitchen as I type this.... some specially ordered from out of state... (the really pure hard to find shit...) I've tried going cold turkey.... hiding the bags.... giving it away.... denial.... everything.

ever thought of making your own? i heard it isn't that hard.

oh my god, your not alone. I used to live in ocean city, and right down the street from my place was a jerky shop, they had hundreds of different jerky, i would spend around $20 a day on different types of jerky. Everytime i go into a store that sells jerky in my mind its like "You dont need jerky... yes i know its good.. but you dont need it.. maby just a little.. no.... just walk away"

I used to make my own.... had a beef jerky lab set up in the house years ago.... but I nearly OD'd... ate like 10 bags in one afternoon... had to shut down the factory after that.

I make my own deer jerky with fresh pepper... It's like heaven

You cannot live in OC, MD and not know what Thrasher Fries are. It is impossible. I don't believe you ever lived there, or if you did it was a fucking long time ago.

No, I lived there for six months.. about 4 years ago.. Didnt pay much attention to what OC had to offer, I was usually high on jerky
