My AVS sites started to drop
Nice to see ...eh. Received 10 emails telling that this and this site is delisted... I have hundreds of AVS sites. So, nice amount of delisting emails coming in.
I have no way i.e. no time to change all of these. So, here we go. I think that I will wait few weeks and see how different AVS systems deals with situation... then reconfigure things and start submit new sites. Providing that AVS still exists. ??? Shit. |
It'd be interesting to know how many people are having sites that have been changed dropped too.
|
I believe that they are coming from us. Also, we are going to be around in a few weeks, that I do know. As far as changing your sites ro meet the new rules, based on how you set it up, a multi find and replace script makes it pretty easy.
We are getting a fair amount of delisted sites. But most were from webmastets who were really only there to leech off the traffic of SexKey. So there will be no big loss to the system. For the webmasters that ahve their sites in compliance, you stand to get a nice increase in traffic because most of the riff raff is being removed. FYI -Hank |
Yeah, now seems like a good time to throw together some new AVS sites for the systems taking sites out of the list.
Like you said, webmasters will see a big jump in traffic. |
Hey I just got off the phone with Pro Adult and word has it that the only AVS's with domestic USA accounts are being targetted. All of the processing and merchant accounts for Pro Adult are over seas and are in no way being looked at now. This sound plausible explanation for any of you in the Visa Know-how? Just not lookin for the fuckin after submitting 50-75 sites in the next week. Any thoughts?

Yes, these are SexKey sites. I decided not to change these because of there's simply too many of these and some of my sites are very old not so good designs. I think it's better to do a complete "face lift" at this point. It should be good thing for conversions.
Multi find and replace script doesn't work for me as sites are across multiple domains and each AVS has own sales points and I have changed too many values ( dirnames / filenames ) during years, so I have basicly messed up my old site network - from the point of view of this kind of situation. I really hope that AVS model will continue it's life! And I will submit new ones to you - I trust that these sites will bring some real value also on your network! |
I'm thinking now is a good time to get into AVS sites.
Which AVS sites are doing this? And anyone got a link to a good tutorial? |

I will wait and see > start submitting new ones when things are a bit clearer. Now I'm going to enjoy a little bit about summer! |
Brujah,
Either get in touch with Craig or Dwayne, they can re-list for you. If they are not reachable for some unknown reason, you can email [email protected] with the siteid's that were updated and they will get it done as well. -Hank |
My bad Brujah,
I thought you were talking about your own sites. -Hank |
