XFR has a 24x7 toll free support number you can use for any urgent or not so urgent support request: 866-746-HOST.

Note this paragraph from the email you received when your new server was turned on:

SUPPORT:
Support at XFR Networks is ticket based. Should you require support, please
e-mail your request to [email protected]. You will immediately
receive an e-mail back with a ticket number and a website URL by which to
track your support requests. Support tickets are handled on a 24 X 7 basis.
Telephone Support can be reached at (916) 435-2512 Ext. 250 or toll free in
the U.S. (866) 746-HOST (866-746-4678) Ext. 250.

You will notice that "start a new thread on GFY" was not listed as one of the ways to initiate a support request.

IVe been busy mutha fukas!
Ive been working on getting our resturant off the ground, getting ready for the house to be finished being built (only 30 more days!)
and been out of town often!!

My icq says im online but i leave it on. (makes people think im around and keeping an eye on things) but truthfully i havent been home much at all in the past month.

Redshoe, Fly, teen godfatehr(who ever you are), much love my brothers! You still my family, im just not 24/7 as of late and have some other family ventures im trying to get off the ground.
