Pro Billing? Any experience with em'?
Tried signing up for "Pro Billing".
Not only does the forum form not register you, but the 'payment method' form doesn't work and I got an error saying the error is being reported to the company... What gives? |
Their forms are a little tricky, I had to try a few times before I figured out they only work in certain versions of IE.
As for proBilling themselves, they're great. I had a small issue last week and Thor looked after me without me even expecting it. I haven't dealt with anyone except Thor there, but he is great with customer service, I'm sure he'll show up in this thread and take care of you soon enough. :thumbsup |
Thanks Jact! I did notice one of my bots detected a problem and suddenly through up my IE browser. That may be the problem.

I had a VERY bad experience with them.
:disgust I've posted the particulars before many times so I won't go into details here. Would suggest for your own sanity & protection that you go with someone more established & stable like ccbill. |
I have them as a backup at the moment (CCBill as primary and will stay primary for the foreseeable future - awsome service) and Probilling have been fine so far although early days yet. Their interface and tools are a tad limted but no probs other than that to report. Certainly on current experience I'd recommend them but do stress that experience is very limited at this time.

I swear by probilling, I don't really have a choice in the matter anyway, being Canadain they are the only guys that will process VISA ;)

Probilling has been great so far for us.
So far, I give them 2 thumbs up. Thor has been quick to reply and everything is running smoothly. |
I use them as a backup and ccbill as primary and never had any issues what so ever and when I needed quick approval for a site thor pushed it to compliance fast for me.
Always pay ontime and like I said never had a problem. |
