need to set up a complicated secondary tax shelter.... (my CPA is out this weekend)

anyone know about living will boundaries?

Fuck the tax man, just done claim anything.

you need to talk to an accountant who is up to date with federal and state laws which may have changed what if someone here gave you bad advice , you can't set anything up over the weekend anyway.

on one hand I have property legalities, and on the other I have business/ tax issues, and on the third (third? :eek7 ) I have reality settlement issues,....

it's not a complete nightmare, but it is a good tough puzzle....

As a rule of thumb you shouldn't discuss tax shelters of the kind I think you are looking for with a CPA, better to speak with a Tax Attorney, because then you can retain attorney client priveleges in regards to everything you say and he can't testify against you if you ever ran into a serious IRS problem.

A tax attorney will also be way more savvy than the average CPA for complex tax issues.
