I made sure with 3 phone calls and filling out the form 2 times about the visa crap with ibill.
i was not going to pay them the 750.00 bucks

here is the email i get today...

Back in November Visa issued a requirement that all clients using an IPSP, as their processor will have to pay a $750 dollar registration fee to except Visa transactions. Since then you have been excepting Visa transactions without paying the fee. We have now had to cancel Visa off of your account until that amount is collected. Please get in contact with me if you would like to continue processing Visa transactions.
