If you are doing mailer campaigns and your list comes from people off your own site, is the best way to market to keep them up to date on news since you can't really do a sales pitch since they already came from that site , or can you?

Updates are good, and to be more personal and retain, send them a birthday e-card or a gift (1 free month).

Just dont forget that if they are current members and you send them tooo much, you are reminding them that they are still paying you, and you may notice a drop in rebills...

i never thought of that before. It would definately kill the 'oops I forgot to cancel' rebills.
