I sent a western union almost a month ago to a dude overseas I have not heard anything from him since his website is shut down and I have a feeling im out of $400 what can I do if anything..

I put the western union on my Debit Card

my bank was like "you have to talk to the merchant". i'm going to call them back and bitch. if a person can chargeback being completely satisfied to a porn membership, i should be able to chargeback fraud.

I don't think so, it's like sending money to someone by wire and then claiming fraud. You better have a deal on paper to show your bank if you wish to fight it.

yeah, i'm going to talk to them again and see what they say, also going to talk to local fraud investigators and see what can be done. i have all the transaction details and discussion logs, so i should be able to do something. i already discussed this with western union, so it's all good.
