OK i redid design as per my feedback . What do you guys think

I like the layout :thumbsup

But I think you should
*reconsider logo (it's a bit flat/dull)
*Maybe some colors at bg insted of pure black/gray
*Check the fonts & size, current one seems a bit large to me
