I think he's hoping he can perpetrate a small fraud numerous times and people will not deal with it because it isn't worth the hassle.

I have an attorney in my family I just consulted. The guy has perpetrated an interstate fraud, much more serious than shoplifting at the local Target. He can either reimburse the people he scammed, or go to jail.

Tom Davis---you need to quickly get ahold of the people you owe money to, and figure out how you're going to do the service you promised them, or reimburse them. Otherwise, there is a good chance you'll do jail time.

working with the bank, western union, and trying to get ahold of a particularly overzealous fraud investigator here locally that likes putting people in jail for absolutely every little thing they've ever done.
