The idiots promised 24/7 service and I have emailed them 4 times without answer. My site is down since last wednesday :feels-hot

Thanks Juicy, I will do so right now. These stupid people really pissed me off, they took their phone number out of their website and now the only way to contact them is by email, and of course they never answer :feels-hot
