What the heck is "popup sponsor"? I know only "popup window" ans "paying sponsor"...

Please explain a bit more. These sponsors have programs with and without popups. Those with popups pay more than the other ones, so that makes the difference in payout for the popups, and surfers joining those sponsors' other sites in exit windows still make you money.

Cash, what I mean is sponsors that pay a fixed amount 'per impression'> per popup window that is shown to a visitor. An example is xitcash.com

We pay and you have an option whether or not you want exits. We don't do paypal for the mere fact that they are not going to process transactions for adult much longer. Unless things have changed and I am not aware...
