If this sounds stupid fine, but I've got a question.

If you're doing say 20 people's submissions all by hand,
don't most tgps have a one submit a day from an IP rule.

If so how do you manage to hand submit to more than one.

Just get a web host...I know webair even offers 10 ips on one
of their "virtual" hosting plans. Should work well for a submitter
only.
