iBill revshare payout fuckup
 

Anyone use iBill revshare and have Free Trials??? iBill has seriously screwed the pooch this time. They paid out all our affilites since February $20 for every $40 FREE trial signup and deducted it from our account. Should have paid out ZERO, but it was half of whatever the subaccount was supposed to renew at if the surfer didn't cancel. Ok, so they're so far asking us to collect the money back from our affiliates for their fuckup? Am I nuts here or does anyone else think that iBill should actually pay for one of their fuckups one of these days???? Would love to get some feedback on this.

Tones, we don't use IBill personally, have a few webmasters that do. With this said I can't comment on them, but I will say they have not made too many of my webmasters happy.

I just think it sucks really, it will take these webmasters like 6 months to work off this screwup. All the meanwhile the stupid programmer is just sitting there with nothing but probably a slap on the wrist. We've since switched from having them pay obviously... but god damn they need to take responsibility for their actions!

They sometimes don't rebill surfers on time, probably waiting for them to cancel their membership.
