My GF has a mainstream biz and she's planning to sell her stuff online too.

What are some good software progs for building/managing an online store that sells products?

If it is not adult related try http://store.yahoo.com. It's only $50 a month and the best part is that you're automatically listed in their shopping search engine so you start to get traffic and sales almost immediately.
