CCBill, ACpay and Jettis have good support and they pay on time and weekly.

If you need merchant account you need Netbilling indeed.

If you are looking for processing that work with Russian and CIS you can try Whitebill or SecureValidation. I have these processing special for Russian webmasters.

Hee. Hee. I would normally recommend Glo-Bill and Verotel but I don't think they take Russians. Nor do any of the other major billers.

Looks like Probilling is your best bet. But it might just be a matter of time before no biller accepts Russians. No offense but it seems your countrymen wrote the book on internet scams! The good-will era of Glasnost and Perestroika is coming to a close!
