Need a little help here: What's the best way to get screen caps from DVD?
 

So far the best way i've been using is ripping the dvd into mpeg2 files and running it through Premier (File/Export Timeline/Movie). The only problem is i get a lot of blurry images and horizontal lines everywhere.

Just wondering if there is a better way?

Deinterlace

You should use one of those computer things that all the kids seem to be playing with these days.

I was reading up on that on google. but is it a program i have to use? There's a funtion in settings that asks me if i want to Deinterlace but the lines still show up...
