Will you use a credit card like this?

Hello,

I just came across a site which let you to apply a virtual credit card. It works if you fund the money inside the account.

The application fee is EUR 50 and the funding rate is EUR 3.5 flat rate. There is no comission to pay when you buying things. They will give you card number and expire date. You can fill in any name or address when you order things online. No ID require if you apply the card.

Don't you think it's too good to be true? I am consider to apply it. I am not afraid to loose the funding money. Just afraid if there is any trouble if I using this card if there is any thing wrong with this card.

How is that different than epassporte?

It just like a real credit card. But it's virtual, not real.

Is epassporte a credit card?

It sounds like you're talking about a debit card, not a credit card. Credit means they are lending you money. Debit means you're only able to spend the money that you have already deposited into the account.

Go to www.epassporte.com

as long as this thread is here....

Who still offers the visa-on-the-fly virtual card? Ie... they will create a visa (or MC) number & expiration date, on-the-fly for a single purchase?

Paypal used to do this I think, as well as a couple others.. then all of a sudden I cant find this feature anymore.

It's just like https://www.epassporte.com/ virtual credit card. But you can fill in any name and any address when you order online.

Also, you don't need to give them any personal information. Just thinking is there any risk involved.

It's not for single purchase. It seems last for a year. Just like normal credit card.

I remember seeing ads for a service like that (I think by visa) but I can't find it anywhere. As close as I've been able to come is some of MasterCard's prepaid cards:

Yes, it's something similar. But the point is, they don't require your id. You can fill in any name or address when you order. And you can get a credit card number instantly after they get the payment. I just don't know where they get the credit card number and if there is any trouble for using that number.
