Rowan, now you just need a better flight stick ... I have the F-15 replica, but don't think you can buy them anymore.
I love it though, everything is right where you need it to be.

Dude you seriously should send and sell that pic to Microsoft games division. I guarantee you they would use that for an ad campaign for MS Flight Simulator. That would get unreal publicity for them. What a cool pic!
