Working Out in the AM.
 
I think it should be manditory for emploee's of Traffic Cash Gold/all companies to get up at 6 am and work out! It makes your day go bye so much smoother and gives you that winning edge. Like the movie with Micheal Keaton.... "GUNG HO" 1986. Being a Fat lazy computer geek would not be an option. Twinkies, Disgusting Fat Body, No dice! :winkwink:

I get up at 5.15, at the gym by 5.40am.. cardio-20 mins, weight 1 hour, cardio 20 mins. then 6 meals a day...

No matter how hard I try, I just can't do a morning workout. I just don't have as much strength as I do in the late afternoon, so my workout is not as good.

I actually saw a health article that says morning workouts may help with energy throughout the day, they are not as good for endurance or strength training.

But hell, there is a study or article for everything.

I always work out late at night. I can't get my ass to do anything phsycally challenging until after 6pm

I like it more at about 8AM to 9AM. Go for a 2 to 5 mile walk and you get a nice tan in the process and sweat more.

I'm the same way - I can't weight train in the AM - just can't generate the same intensity.

But I do an hour of cardio in the AM.. save the weights for the evening.

I'm trying to catch up on work and sleep otherwise I make it out to the gym around noon, but thats pretty early for me since that was near my usual wake up time. No break fast just straight to the gym and then back for a nice meal :thumbsup
