PayPal unauthorized access
 

I sold a script to this guy for 200$ and he sent me money right a way. Then in next 10 hours i'm getting email from paypal saying my payment was denied and went to HIM. WTF ???????

"Recently, PayPal received a notification from a user regarding
unauthorized access to his PayPal account. As a result, one of
the payments credited to your PayPal account has been reversed. The details of this transaction are as follows:"

If you have already shipped goods related to this transaction,
you may be covered under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.
Please provide PayPal with the following information:

1) Tracking Number of Shipment
2) Shipping Company Used
3) Shipping Insurance Information (if used)

I've had the same thing happen to me. Unless you actually put it on disc and FedEX'd it to him, you can kiss you money goodbye. Paypal call's it their "Seller Protection" policy, but it only seems to benefit those who want their money back and don't want to pay.

nothing you can do.. i would fedex him an empty envelope with signature required... if paypal even lets you put in a tracking number at this point.
