Makes me laugh so much... sometimes a member can not get into the member area usually because its case sensitve and the fucking twat doesn't realise what that means (get one of these a mnth at least)...

they then send an abusive email off to us thinking they are cool usually goes like this.

Im an attorney/lawyer
I have already contacted the police
The BBB will know about this.
I will do a chargeback
Sort this out or i will spend all my time posting bad things about ur site.

U then kindly tell them their details work and the login and pass they have is what THEY PICKED and its case sensitive.

u get a lovely reply saying thanks works great now!

4 days later the CB comes in anyway.
