John Doe is in there too....
Hey, I saw in the newspaper that he is dead. wtf |
Spoofing return addresses while spamming is fucked.
Anyone who has owned a domain that has been spoofed by a spammer can tell you how many problems it can cause. |

maybe he figured it out. |
Whether Xpays ever spammed or not its amazing how some people get happy over other peoples misery.
They been around a long time and have never hurt anybody. They have done huge numbers and business with all the big boys who most of you people have been paid by. There is a couple other companies we all know on that list but no one is busting their bubbles. In the biz we have chose to be in, I wouldn't be throwing rocks at our huge glass house. Just my 2 cents. howard www.adultplex.com $50 per free su this THURSDAY!!! |
birds of a feather ...

The people being sued are the one throwing rock at the glass house by sending spam to harvested emails, no remove, with faked headers, etc... They are the one that will make it a problem for me to send my double-optin daily newsletter. Its their fault if new laws are going up, its their fault if any promotional email is now called spam Fuck em :2 cents: |
maybe someone should sue microsoft for all the fuckin spam i get from them
|
that's what you get for NOT honoring your removes. :1orglaugh

I've always found it funny how many people talked a good game about business practices but behind closed doors were doing some of the things they screamed the loudest about. |
howard, kimmy, sleazy, etc..
Are you in support of spammers that spoof email addresses that belong to other people ? Feel free to let them know they can use YOUR DOMAINS to do this from next time. |

While I have no problems with bulkmailers, I do have a problem with people who spoof other peoples' domains in their mailings...I've had my own ISP problems over this...really, what's so hard about adding a remove link and buying a few hundred domains to use instead of spoofing someone elses'? I also laugh at people who go all gaga over the new anti-spam laws...you realize what they are doing is actually legitimizing spam, but saying "here is a guideline for your spamming"? |

Innocent until proven guilty folks.....
This could easily be an affiliate spoofing no? Let's not rush to judgement. |
I'm amazed at how many people compaire internet advertising to snail mail advertising.
The government does not provide our e-mail addy's for us and control the networks. The internet is private. If Microsoft doesn't want you sending email ad's to their customers, then stop or be sued. Simple as that. |

you would think adult spammers would clean their list, and get rid of any emails that contain the words webmasters i guess they are too lazy.
|

I personally doubt it is xpays itself spamming. If you look at their setup, it is setup a little different then most affilliate programs. Don't jump on the bandwagon unless you have an xpays account and have used them, and you look at everything. All of the 100+ paysite frontends sit on the xpays.com domain, and have built in numbers for affiliates.
http://www.xpays.com/clients/12345/73/promo.html is a link for VulgarTeens for affiliate 12345, just IMG src that into an email, and affiliate 12345 gets credit for all emails, dialers, joins, exits, etc. Makes the system more "Spam Friendly" then someone like ARS or Topbucks just on the way it is setup, and easier for someone like Microsoft to target, assuming it is xpays spamming them instead of an affiliate. For those of you that said That Microsoft must have suffient evidence, if you look at the initial documents filed, they filed them in such a way so as they decided someone was a spammer, they could ammend it to it, not stating names till they wanted to at random. Interesting stuff.

there are many adult progs that accpet spamtraffic too bad xpays was singled out

I don't know Evan, but Howard nailed it.
People LIVE for other people's misery. Mostly the ones who enjoy other people misfortunes are the ones who can't even DREAM of achieving what other people have achieved....and those who ride the "high horse", I personally love every time you fall of it and break your fuckin' necks... Yes, archibishop of Phoenix, I talk about you! ;-)))) |
that shit is weird.. talked to a few people that were listed on that microsoft link.. and they didn't know anything about it.. never got a letter nothing.. microsoft or no one contacted them.. they just posted up their info and said they did

The point is NOT what Ev and Michael did or did not do. That is for a judge or a jury to decide. The point is that all these fuckers sit around and cry about shit and how it's always someone starting it, and all the while who knows what they are doing. |

well, in people's defense I should say, NOBODY argues with me no more when I say that 80% of GFY are bonafied MORONS! ;-)))) |
Everyone loves to see giants fall for many reasons...
Its an opening and opportunity in market share. Its that simple. The aftermath is really what matters as dust settles. |
and here is somethign to relieve the pain of all who are sued by Microsoft...
it could have been worse... Rob is a commercial saturation diver for Global Divers in Louisiana. He performs underwater repairs on offshore drilling rigs. Below is an E-mail he sent to his sister. She then sent it to radio station 103.2 on FM dial in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, who was sponsoring a worst job experience contest. Needless to say, she won. Hi Sue, Just another note from your bottom dwelling brother. Last week I had a bad day at the office. I know you've been feeling down lately at work, so I thought I would share my dilemma with you to make you realize it's not so bad after all. Before I can tell you what happened to me, I first must bore you with a few technicalities of my job. As you know, my office lies at the bottom of the sea. I wear a suit to the office. It's a wet suit. This time of year the water is quite cool. So what we do to keep warm is this: We have a diesel powered industrial water heater. This $20,000 piece of equipment sucks the water out of the sea. It heats it to a delightful temperature. It then pumps it down to the diver through a garden hose, which is taped to the air hose. Now this sounds like a darn good plan, and I've used it several times with no complaints. What I do, when I get to the bottom and start working, is take the hose and stuff it down the back of my wet suit. This floods my whole suit with warm water. It's like working in a Jacuzzi. Everything was going well until all of a sudden, my butt started to itch. So, of course, I scratched it. This only made things worse. Within a few seconds my butt started to burn. I pulled the hose out from my back, but the damage was done. In agony I realized what had happened. The hot water machine had sucked up a jellyfish and pumped it into my suit. Now, since I don't have any hair on my back, the jellyfish couldn't stick to it. However, the crack of my butt was not as fortunate. When I scratched what I thought was an itch, I was actually grinding the jellyfish into the crack of my butt. I informed the dive supervisor of my dilemma over the communicator. His instructions were unclear due to the fact that he along with five other divers were all laughing hysterically. Needless to say I aborted the dive. I was instructed to make three agonizing in-water decompression stops totaling thirty-five minutes before I could reach the surface to begin my chamber dry decompression. When I arrived at the surface, I was wearing nothing but my brass helmet. As I climbed out of the water, the medic, with tears of laughter running down his face, handed me a tube of cream and told me to rub it on my butt as soon as I got in the chamber. The cream put the fire out, but I couldn't poop for two days because my butt was swollen shut. So, next time you're having a bad day at work, think about how much worse it would be if you had a jellyfish shoved up your butt. Now repeat to yourself, "I love my job, I love my job, I love my job" |
Personally I like the people that file suit against Microsoft:)
Sun Micro, Netscape many other's which is rather long list:thumbsup With that many suit's I bet Bill would rather have a Jelly fish stuck up his ass. |
Global Media, Inc. is on the list too..
I believe that's Hardcoremoney.com |
Die Schadenfreude ist die beste Freude

I was told that xpays is behind the spam being sent out under requestadult.com. I was spammed for years by Rob Gould of babenet.com. When confronted, they told me they wanted my name, babe.net, or they would sue me. I called their bluff, and they backed down like the creeps they are.
In my book, all these spammers should be thrown in jail. They go after poor MARTHA, but porn spammers remain untouched. I have received one or two benefits from Microsoft. What good do we receive from porn spammers except more negative attention from Ashhahahahaha. |
To Clarify! This is not www.XtremePay.com We have NO affiliation with the above mentioned site.

Yea crazy imagine how much of that traffic goes thru the industry
Traffic only originates from a few places. if that goes away type-in or SE might pick up but who knows. Alot of surfers might never check out adult without it. then again our Double opt-in lists might perform alot better Either way it will be interesting to see what happens |
