What can we do to this guy? I figured the creative, mentally-ill revenge-seekers of GFY would find some innovative things to do with this person, based on having an ICQ number. Go to it, and report back to me. Go, my little flying monkeys, go!

well first you're gonna need more than just an ICQ. It may suck, but you might have ti get a little more from that guy.

Dunno, I hope you can nail the fucker somhow. I get cp spam on a daily basis, and it drives me nuts. I report them to the FBI, the ASACP, their hosts and their CC processors and their upstream providers every time, but the sites are still there.

Generally the best way to fuck someone like this up is to pretend you're interested and offer to buy what he's selling. At some point he has to give you means of sending him money and then his anonymity goes away. However, when the person is selling material that is illegal, offering to buy it is probably the stupidest thing you can do.
