Looking to invest 5,000$ into buying traffic
 

A buddy of mine is looking to invest $5,000 for traffic.

My question is, who has the best reputation to buy traffic from and is the traffic quality any good? Cause he does not want exit traffic or pop-up traffic of any kind.

It might help to know what he's planning on doing with the traffic. Different types of traffic work better for different things. If this is the first time your friend has bought traffic, he should be spending $50 not $5000.

I've noticed two replies saying SE traffic. But how does one invest money into SE traffic? I am guessing that he would pay sombody to optimize his html and submit his url's places.

1. Take $1000 and spread it around... SE, exit, etc....

2. Follow up that round with more of what works...Test out a few new options.

3. Repeat step 2

Step 4). Study the pages of your competition on the SE.
Step 5). Create a page from what you've learned
Step 6). Wait for page to be indexed.
Step 7). Analyize your page versus your competion.
Step 8). Repeat steps 1 through 8.
