Its a country based in Sweeden or Switzerland. I forgot which country exactly but heres the scoop. You can get a carton of cigarettes for $14.95. plus shipping. Its only $4 for shipping. Still cheaper than the $30 deal. You can order several cartons but due to the laws they can only ship one at a time. It cant be shutdown because its not based in the US.
From what im told it states that theirs a drop down menu requesing hich country or region u want urs tocome from. Dont get them from an Asian country. Apparently the blend is slightly different.
