What's the going rate for free sites?
 

I need about 100 free sites, all fairly simple and clean (though not all made from the same template), covering most niches. Furthermore, they have to come with the content; roughly 2,000-3,000 pics. How much would that cost me?

Free sites are free. You don't have to pay for them.

You're assuming I want new sites done to my specifications. I'd buy sites that are 5 years old, just as I'd buy brand spanking new sites. I don't care where they come from, as long as everything is legal.

i have licensed content that i can include in design packages. but i hate free sites, so i wont come cheap.

The animated gif in your sig says "proffesional." If you make an Asian site, will it say "Asain"? If I order amateur sites, will they bring in "amature" traffic?

$80 per site seems rather high, unless they're already indexed in DMOZ. At that price, I'll just keep doing them myself.

The bare minimum - just for designing the site and preparing but not purchasing the images would have to be not less than $20.00 per site.

As for buying old sites - you really need to look closely at the licensing arrangements that came with images originally.
