If she really made a fake report like that, then I'm glad she got convicted. Three years seems a little harsh, though. You probably get less time for actually raping someone.

She might have fucked up someone's like with accusations like that.

I had a close friend get accused of rape... it got thrown out too... though the bitch didn't get time for it. He still has a bad name because of the accusation. I'm glad there are finally some definite repercussions for false accusations of that caliber.

Three years is nothing.

It's way to easy for a woman to charge rape these days. All a woman needs to do is point a finger, and the man has no defense what so ever.

i know someone that was accused of hitting some girl and he didnt do it. she finally confessed she lied, but it sure fucked with him and his life for a while.

I believe the reason she got three years is that she did it for money. She actually approached a well known publicist to get a feel for the revenue potential before making the report...

The word rape is used too loosely these days. For some reason there are actually women who think that if they change their mind afterwards, or maybe had a little bit too much to drink or something, it's rape as well.

I'm glad the dumb bitch got time, and in my opinion 3 years isn't enough. Rape is serious, and too many women use the cry of "rape" as leverage or bribery or revenge.. It's fucking sick and they SHOULD be punished harshly for it. They can ruin a man's life more quickly than just about anything with that, and that's why stupid vengeful c-u-n-t-s wield a potent weapon in the ability to doso. Chicks like that make my fucking skin crawl.

Besides ruining a man's life by claiming to be raped by him, she also weakens any other womens cases in the future who may have legitimitely been raped. Fewer and fewer people will believe any women when they say they were raped now.

It's the whole "boy who cried wolf" situation. I feel sorry for the women who actually will get raped in the future and when they tell people about it they might be sceptical of whether she's telling the truth or not.

This women not only fucked over this guy, but she fucked over all future women who get raped.

Happened to one of my friends too -- he's got that shit to deal with on his record even after it should have been supposedly expired -- plus the case was thrown out by the judge...

Good, I'm glad to see they are doing that. If a girl's life can be destroyed by a rape, a guy's life can be equally destroyed by a false allegation.
