I've read this guys books and frankly these constitutional type arguments that income taxes are not legal may be nice in theory, but in practice are just a pain in the ass, since they are a delusion of what really would happen to you...

The best option is to go offshore, have peace of mind AND reduce the level of bureacracy to almost zero.

This has been a wishful topic for years about the IRS and its illegal to collect and we are within our rights to not etc.

Every person that has gone on talk show circuit, held conferences in every city at hotels, have been nailed to the wall.

We all have to pay taxes, we just don't have to be honest :-)

There are many valid legal points in their system, but try proving that to anyone in the Federal Government. I think he's in jail now by the way.

I tried it for 4 years. I ended up getting really fucked and penalties and interest for life.

My advice and any tax preparer or tax lawer will tell you to PAY YOUR TAXES.

I am now a believer in the fact that they will fuck your ass hard in the end.
