Radio Player for Mac?

One of my friends has asked if I can help him set up his Powerbook G3 'laptop' so that he can play internet radio. I thought Winamp had a Mac version but after spending time on their site, I can find no such thing. Where can I find a radio for this guy so he can listen to internet radio?

The mac already comes with a player it's called iTunes and it has radio section on it.

You know I know a real good place to ask these questions, look around and you might see.

Oliver is definently a Mac user - he couldn't figure out how to work a PC if he had too - I am witness to that :1orglaugh

I know the latest version 4 is only OS X compatible but I don't recall offhand without a little checking on the previous versions.

I'm not using 8.6 - my friend is. All I'm trying to do is get him set up with a radio. I don't know enough about Macs to even know that 8.6 was out of date - I'm a PC guy :winkwink:

I'm a Mac owner by choice, PC user by force....
Your friend needs to upgrade his system... period. I have 10.2.4 and 9.2 as a sub system, and that is a bare necessity.
The all new iTunes-4 with the apple/music.com connection is off the hizzle. (quoth the snoop dogg nevermore)
I would reccommend getting OSX... but if his system is lacking, then just get a new titanium powerbook, it would come with all the necessary software to play internet radio.. and the apple iTunes channels are great.

Preach on my fellow Mac friend. It's good to see that the mac people are invading porn kings too.

Ha HA!
If it were up to me, we'd all be bluetooth and G4'd up at the office too.... but Micorsoft and RedHat have brainwashed the masses!
Unix based OSX will never be truly beaten.... just smothered.

*help... I can't breathe!*:(
