Try my new program http://www.sellmetraffic.com depending on the quality of the traffic you send, some guys are making over $10 per 1k raw. As far as payouts, I pay out when you want ususally 24 hours after you request it in your admin. Except if you have to take it epassporte, for some reason they are not taking my cc when I try to upload funds. This should be sorted out by them by Monday.
