Are there any sponsers rebellious enough to still use paypal as their payout option?

Preferably free e-mail one's :)

Not free e-mail ones but even so - both topbucks and ARS still do. People keep getting very confused about the paypal ban and what exactly it affected.

Gamma Cash pays per collected emails and they pay by Pay Pal ( or Epassport ) :thumbsup

Cybererotica has a shitload of free email programs, and pays weekly via Paypal.
