Me too. There are already companies billing via SMS. A guy on GFY actually runs an SMS billing service.

That's what I thought as well - it's a pretty generic concept - I dont' see how you could get an international patent on it at least - even coca-cola use elements of SMS billing in their latest vending machines, I doubt he's getting 2% of all that revenue
