forget price and forget hosting companies for a moment ... for those who with an opinion - what is the best, fastest and most technologically advanced IP network in the world? or is it too late/early for that question?

According to board watch magazine's yearly tests it was AT&T last year, and this year's results aren't published yet afaik

UU net, they have like 2800 peers or something. their reach is global, and hit just about everywhere on the planet

next is sprint... they have 50% of what UU net has...
