Recommend me a Credit Card Processor

Come on give me your recommendations for Credit Card Processors.

ePassporte are useless, very few people will use them because of their charges and registering process. Plus they have still not sent me my automat card to debit MY MONEY from their account.

Plus Multicards who were working fine and we were taking orders on, suddenly stopped taking business from us and can not tell us why. They say we are still accepted and it all works. Even the technical support tells us this. Customers go to a "No more business from this account" page when they try to pay.

We want a good company who can take CC for diferent amounts.

IntenseCash 06-13-2003 10:43 PM

Ketadream, email me -- [email protected] and I'll get you situated in between now and Monday afternoon with a contract, I'm not sure who you talked to or what email/number you used?

Sometimes things do fall through the cracks and I don't want to see you be one of them.

I only speak as I find.

The registration is a nightmare if you are not US based and able to access your CC acount online.

I'm getting complaints that you charge $5 per transaction.

Plus where is the automat card so I can get MY money?

We do NOT charge $5 per transaction, so I don't know where you are coming up with that statement.

The registration is getting simpler all the time but I don't think I'd call it a nitemare now. You are entitled to your opinion, I'm not going to say you are wrong in stating it.

I'm assuming you mean Electron card, did you request one? They generally take 10-14 days to get to where they are going.

Cost of doing business. Why not get a merchant account? I'm sure you're doing the 50k/month as required by NetBilling.... :Graucho

I signed up with them only within the last couple days, and I don't handle this part of my operation, But if I understand it correctly, its 5 bucks everytime you add money to your ePassport, not really each Transaction, just when you add mney.

im not 100% though, I havent fooled with it much yet.

Good, but again this is what clients are saying. Is it still a US dollar amount that has to be verified in two days?

I have requested one, but I think you need to assume that new merchants will have one and at least tell them very clearly they will not get one unless they do request it. Or just include it in the package. I asked head office to send it by Fed Ex.

I think ePassporte will be good, but they need to be pushed into getting the system a lot more user friendly. We have accounts that heve spent thousands of dollars over the last year who do not want to use ePassporte.

Unless it's changed, it's $5 for every portion of $100. So if you load $101, you pay $10, if you load $99.99, it's $5. It isn't when you spend, it's when you load....

I tried to, bloody nightmare dealing with them and in the end they wanted 2 years US tax returns and the $1950 for being a hi-risk business. I have a US corperation, US residency. But I do not pay US taxes.

Why do they require you to stay under 1% and want to call you Hi-Risk? Oh yes they want to $1950.

I make £2.50 a good month. :Graucho

If you don't offer downloadable content, you aren't high risk. :2 cents:

Don't know if anyone told you that part.

So some one spending $500 with us is really spending $525 and we are getting $460 I think it's the right comission level 8%

Comments KK?

The initial load fee is $5, to reload is not $5 for every reload. :)

Charly, you can deal with the 'head office' if you'd prefer. You are entitled to your negative opinions, that's certainly your right. You sent me emails saying all kinds of things, some of which were valid and some of which had no basis upon inspection. I'm not going to get into an argument with you tonite, I simply don't feel the need to do so.

They aren't "spending" $525, they're "spending" $500, the fees of using the service for the end user are $25 on that amount. This is clearly outlined in the user agreement. If they don't like it, they can use your other processors.

8% is extremely fair for fees, iBill is charging what, 17.5% now? 8% is something I would gladly factor into my bottom line.

Be glad you have options here Paul, some people have fewer then you do.

Load/Reload Fee $5 per $100 or portion thereof

It's something that keeps getting tossed around - if it does prove to be a deterrent it will be adjusted really quickly --

It'd deter me, since I get shafted on exchange and having anything more then the exact dollar amount in thre is a waste of exchange.. Might be a good idea for americans, but.....

They were emails from clients, i think you should look at the way you present your service, because this is the opinion that THEY have of the service. It's not my "nagative opinions" it's theres that's the the problem. I think this thread is showing you what we think your service is offering. This is good, it shows you just need to make itt clearer.

NetBilling wanted the $1950 before we even started the process and eMerchant.com.
