Yeah AMP you're right, clueless (ie., no traffic study, no stats projection, no "science") design is not worth spamming. It will be just hit or miss like most of the "design" thats out there.

now, obviously they're getting your email addy from all the mountains of shit you gotta go through to get a mortgage..... but, if they're getting it from there, (and they are, in the cases of heavy bombardment) then they should also know that the deal went through (hence, them having the email addy in the first place) and in knowing that.... what is the fucking point of sending out mortgage spam?
