Who is this? A cheater? Beware sellers..

Who is this person?

They ordered traffic to two URL's, had it delivered and then told Paypal it was fraud.

This was ordered and delivered almost a month ago. I'm sick of this shit. Is there anything I can do to contest it with Paypal, or they can just claim "fraudulent funds" and get their money back?

Advice??

If you are selling or dealing with this person, maybe you'd want to think twice?

Is there anything I can do where paypal is concerned?

Thanks,

they say fraudulent funds, are you sure they didn't use a stolen credit card ?

Adult Site Traffic 06-12-2003 09:38 PM

Funny thing is, users are mailed 3 times through the course of delivers.

Twice at the very beginning, and again within 1000 hits of the end.

He was notified that delivery began, and this is NOT fraud.

Here's what I sent paypal in the second e-mail to them, but I dunno if it will help or not..

>>Dear Liz Wright,

This person was e-mailed instantly in both instances, how could they possibly come back after the delivery was complete and claim fraud?

Please explain to me why I have no recourse in the matter, or nothing to say, or the possibility to present proof?

The traffic was delivered, and that's my money. I earned it.

Thank you,

Liz Wright

Well, but he was notified instantly. Both from paypal and from my script.

Maybe if he would have came back and said... hey, wait a minute.. But he didn't.

Also, he is a verified user, so the cc thing wouldn't work out, would it? It goes thru a verification process..

most of the paying members on paysites today sign up with free email addresses. should we all cancel their accounts and refund their money?

free email has nothing to do with it.

paypal has it in the polocies that ANY complaint made against you is NOT disputable unless it is a physical item, and you have tracking information to prove delivery.

I got burned for alot of cash and since then dont use paypal anymore.

Unfortionately, it's coming to that. It's going to really suck for the 99% of the honest people we have as customers who have paypal as their only payment method.

I hate to do it, but it looks like a step we are going to have to take. :(

Adult Site Traffic 06-13-2003 09:15 AM

Still no word from him or paypal, LOL.

Does anyone know who he is?

Thanks,
