Find someone who's good with VB. There's a lot of source code floating around for these types of programs. It would probably be pretty easy to have one written for you.

I only dabble with VB, and was able to write a popup killer in a night with some simple instructions.

speaking of this, can anyone reccomend a good popupkill affiliate program

well im considering a partnership but wanted to know the costs of doing it a lone so i can consider options..
