Still Getting Bloody Pop-Ups !!!!!

Just ran Ad-Aware,
Spy-bot, and whatever else and still my comp is fucked with shit.

I have a constant window open supposedly from Outlook Express, and sometimes instead of google, I get some crazy gook page opening up.....

What the hell !!

(maybe i shouldn't d/load stuff when they tell me it's Britney nude)
