Mercedes, BMW, or Audi?

Lets use this Poll feature to see who likes what car maker. Just 3 because there just too many.

New SRL coming up. Mercedes is still the king

sacX 06-12-2003 02:16 AM

BMW's are just too common these days..

Tala 06-12-2003 02:19 AM

Viper baby.

Validus 06-12-2003 03:16 AM

Dodge Viper you say. Last I checked Dodge was a division of Daimler Chrysler, which also owns Mercedes Benz.

Digipimp 06-12-2003 03:17 AM

Let me say again, the fucking Audi A8 is the shit!

Living For Today 06-12-2003 03:23 AM

audi

Seb From Holland 06-12-2003 03:25 AM

Where's Jaguar?

But if I had to choose, I'd say Mercedes.

MMkay. Whoopdeeshit. I'm not fond of many vehicles, but I do like a Viper...and I'm also fond of the Ram series trucks.

I guess what you're getting at is that if I had to choose one of the three, I'd have to choose the Benz 'cause it's made by the same people more or less.

I hate restrictions. So I add my Viper as the fourth choice. :glugglug

Now for more coffee.

Not if you go for an M5 or M3, or 7 Series - but all the basic 3 & 5 series are too common

dapproid 06-12-2003 03:47 AM

I'm a big fan of the Audi TT.. Awesome design

Sassyass 06-12-2003 04:07 AM

That Audi looks like a honda
I'm sure it rock though, Audi builds a fine car.

Donnie Gangsta 06-12-2003 04:26 AM

I've owned an A8 and an S500 both before, and I have to say that the Mercedes is better. There is no car better than a Mercedes. Although personally, I feel that the A8 looks tremendously better, the quality doesn't compare. I had a 540i BMW as well, and it was pretty good quality, but still didn't compare to Mercedes. My next car is a CL600, I think. I have a Porsche Carrera right now, and it's pretty good, but still, Mercedes is the best. :)

telcohost 06-12-2003 04:31 AM

I'm a bmw man all the way ! :thumbsup

Chris E 06-12-2003 04:39 AM

AMG Mercedes SL55 . . . got so much Flair it could open up a 70s trouser shop!

:thumbsup

Validus 06-12-2003 06:58 AM

Hm, I would like to drive a E 400 CDI... or... E 55 AMG... don't like the S class... and... SL clas is only nice to look at... I think. I wouldn't want one.

at first I thought this vehicle looked funny, but it's sort of a cute lookin' ride, would likely attract the women even though it looks funny!

stoned 06-12-2003 07:19 AM

Mercedes Maybach is the shit.

Validus 06-12-2003 10:41 AM

Ugh... pretty close poll we have here!

FlyingIguana 06-12-2003 10:50 AM

i would take a 3 series over a c class. but for more expensive models i would go with a merc

The Alibi 06-12-2003 10:55 AM

If I had to pick a car to live in, it would be a Mercedes. If I wanted performance with a hint of luxury, I'd go with BMW. Not to say that Mercedes does not make performance vehicles -- their electronic shifting is better than any human can shift, but if I'm getting a performance vehicle I better be able to get a manual transmission (note, I am in the US).

Evil Chris 06-12-2003 11:08 AM

The cars from Sindelfingen rule! :thumbsup

Nobody Specific 06-12-2003 11:14 AM

I'd have to go with the Merc SL 55. After driving it, its just unreal how much power is has and how well it drives. And then the look is just sweet as hell.

PattyeCake* 06-12-2003 11:17 AM

My preference would be Jaguar or Astin Martin, but from this list....

Mercedes.. all the way

Don't care for BMW at all......

spamofon 06-12-2003 11:18 AM

bmw

Nydahl 06-12-2003 11:59 AM

I drive BMW but the car of my dreams is S8

Validus 06-12-2003 01:05 PM

There we have it, Mercedes, BMW, then Audi.

Thank you.

Lets take a minute to reflect.

Try to understand that?s those BMW drivers, have to back BMW, otherwise? well? they would admit to have made a bad choice.

Bobby Fissure 06-12-2003 01:12 PM

Mercedes makes a much more reliable car, but Beemers are more fun to drive.

MaxDent 06-12-2003 01:27 PM

BMW is a far better machine and holds it's value better than either MB or Audi.

Audi has done a great job rebuilding their image and from what I hear they are fun to drive.

I'd be really hard pressed to buy a MB. Expensive to buy, expensive to fix, and they aren't as appealing as the BMW's or Audi.

I'm biased though, I've only owned BMWs.

Kohun 06-12-2003 01:31 PM

Indeed I vote for Mercedes :thumbsup

wizz 06-12-2003 01:36 PM
