ahh.. that's a new page, i got another one in japanese as well that looks like it may be available for a lot of wireless devices like pdas and such. however, google only comes up with japanese stuff.. so yay foreign traffic!

These are stats you get from your hosting service about what's going on on your server. These stats are generally much more accurate than the web-based stats, such as FoxCounter or SexList, or SexTracker. But those are better than nothing if you can't get server stats.

i usually use both, so i can have a combination. webalizer is pretty good, but doesn't really have _everything_ i want to know, so combining that with foxcounter works pretty good on knowing where everything is coming and going, bandwidth usage, etc.

Blocking useragents is a losing and foolish battle. You'll get some short term satisfaction and save a little on bandwidth, but you'll just encourage people to use misleading useragents in their spiders/suckers. I for one would rather know that is actually hitting my pages.
