Does Pay Pal decline debit cards?

they accept them

They block my cards about 50% of the time and my bank account about 25% of the time. If the dollar value is above $5k, they block it about 99% of the time no matter what payment method I use.

They seem to have some kind of overactive fraud protection system.

as follows, I never had a paypal account, so I needed to make a purchase on a site who uses pay pal as a processor, so maybe its because I just created the account or something... tried three separate bank cards from 3 diff banks, all declined.

not a big deal, the bar is open to 5

I think for debit cards they need to make connection to your actual checking account which takes a few days if I remember correctly.

They also don't accept my virtual VISA from epassporte :321GFY

ok, update... someone posted that link to a banking worm a few days ago... I went to an atm, and on all three cards I have it said cannot connect to financial institution at this time. Thats never happened before. so there may be a worm.

pp doesnt support epass because they dont work with cvv2 thats just it, they only "ok" cards from certain countries and no virtual or high risk ...

That's fucked up. Visa should work regardless. You should let Kimmy know that.
